Handbook for Assessors capture decided Court cases relating to the various appeals  on land acquisition matters. Besides of good use to registered valuers, this handbook will also prove to be a source of useful information for all practicing valuers, as well as academicians, researchers and students involved in land acquisition subject. As its title suggests, this handbook will contain only abstracts. It captures the gist of the subject matters and the decisions made by the various learned judges. The cases are arranged in alphabetical order for ease of reference. Indexing is included at the rear of this handbook to assist readers referencing.
